At KLM Contracting we have an extensive fleet of trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. With our fully operational shop in Anaconda, Montana, and a full time heavy equipment mechanic, we are able to meet our customers needs through the year. KLM Trucking and Equipment services are available for the times when the community, projects, and other companies may be in need of assistance through the use of our trucks or heavy equipment for work, transportation of equipment, and/or for services like hauling and snow removal. 

 

When they aren't otherwise obligated, KLM Contracting provides services to companies in our area when needed. Our primary focus is in promoting the wellbeing of our customers and communities.

Heavy Equipment Use & Wildfire Prevention

As part of our efforts to support the forests of Montana and America as a whole, our heavy equipment is used, when needed and available, for wildfire suppression. This is something our families have done for many years. The Kanduchs and the Lorengos worked together on several fire assignments throughout the years in an effort to mitigate wildfire in the mountains surrounding Anaconda and southwest Montana. With our extensive knowledge and resources, it is essential that we support the efforts to suppress wildfires in Montana and preserve our landscapes.

Through our strategic partnerships with foresters, mills, and service providers, KLM Contracting can help landowners and developers design and implement fire mitigation plans for their property. We recommend that all landowner develop a proactive approach to managing their timber stand for the health and preservation of the forest and the sustainability of our landscapes as a whole.
