Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY– By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your visit to our site to pick up firewood. 1. Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned customer, acknowledge and understand that loading firewood into my trailer or vehicle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and vehicle damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the loading and transportation of firewood. 2. Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge KLM Contracting, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, and property damage arising out of or in connection with the loading of firewood or my presence on the premises. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLM Contracting, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, and liabilities (including attorney's fees) arising from my actions, the loading process, or the transportation of firewood. 4. No Warranty KLM Contracting makes no warranties or representations regarding the condition of the firewood or its suitability for any particular use. I accept the firewood "as is." 5. Compliance with Safety Procedures I agree to follow all instructions provided by KLM Contracting or its representatives during the loading process. I will take all necessary precautions to ensure my own safety and the safety of others. 6. Agreement to Terms I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver. By signing below, I agree to these terms voluntarily and without coercion.
