Cancellation Policy

Firewood deliveries must be within 30 miles of the KLM Shop location in Anaconda Montana. Customers may place a delivery on the schedule. Staff will call to confirm that delivery can be made. Scheduling a delivery is not a guarantee of services. KLM Firewood staff will call to request further information to ensure that services can be provided. Firewood deliveries require a minimum order of $500.00 although final prices may vary. Clients may ask staff questions before or after placing an appointment. We appreciate our customers and staff and the needs of our community. Some locations may be inaccessible with our standard delivery vehicle. In such cases, special arrangements and pricing may need to be established prior to ensuring services can be provided. Please, feel free to reserve a preferred time for delivery. Staff will contact you at the earliest opportunity to do our best to make sure the needs of the customer are met.
